Ivy Energy Saving Fact Sheet

Ivy Energy Saving was set up in 2006 to bring a series of energy saving products to market in the UK

Ivy Energy Saving products consist of:

• Specific energy saving devices, the first of which is Standby Buster, which will be followed shortly by an energy saving device for the PC
• Energy efficient versions of existing products

The Ivy Energy Saving board is made up of four members, all of who have strong business backgrounds and bring a wealth of commercial experience to the sector

Ivy Energy Saving seeks to work closely with recognised accreditation bodies to guarantee the high quality and efficiency of its products; in the UK this is the Energy Saving Trust (EST)

Rather than rushing to market with its Standby Buster product, Ivy Energy Saving worked closely with EST to agree an industry standard for ‘standby’ products as none previously existed

Ivy Energy Saving used these standards as a benchmark for developing Standby Buster – the first such product to market that has been certified to draw less than 1 Watt of electricity when on standby and is rated for over 3KW

Ivy Energy Saving products will be available to purchase through recognised offline and online retailers as well as direct via Ivy Energy Saving’s bespoke e-commerce product websites, the first of which is www.standbybuster.com.
